Terms and Conditions

A deposit of 20% (non refundable) is required to confirm your booking with the balance being paid on the last day of your stay at breakfast.

Cancellation:
If at least 72 hours notice is given for cancellation and your room can be re-let, your deposit will be refunded to you.

Access Times:
A set of keys will be given to you so that you may have access at all times. However, for security reasons please make sure all doors are locked behind you.

Booking In & Out:
Booking in is between 2pm and 6pm (If you are arriving after 6pm please advise in advance). All rooms are to be vacated by 10:30am on the last day of your stay.

Please note that the restaurant is a separate business, and any meals taken have to be settled up in the restaurant and will not be added to your accommodation bill.
